It doesn't get any better than this! We fell in love with this beautiful little campsite from the very first moment. The family atmosphere, the well-maintained grounds with their many olive trees, green hedges, and fragrant herbs everywhere you look. At reception, you can get everything your heart desires: cappuccino, ciabatta, cornetto, ice cream, and the ever-popular Aperol Spritz, and above all, always a smile. The sanitary facilities are basic, but always, truly always, clean. The area is simply gorgeous; here you can still enjoy a holiday without mass tourism, yet everything you need is within easy reach. We would give it even more stars if we could!

We stayed at this beautiful campsite for a week in May with our campervan.
Everything is very clean, and the whole family—grandma, sons, and grandsons—are very friendly and helpful.
Despite the road in front, it's very quiet, and the beach is easily accessible through a tunnel.
Restaurants are within walking distance, and there's a supermarket just around the corner.
The campsite offers a bread delivery service, and you can sit and have a drink at reception.
Not to mention the delicious homemade olive oil!
We will definitely be back!

This is our second time here this year, and as always, this place is so beautiful! We've never seen such clean sanitary facilities, and the abundance of flowers belonging to the family and the elderly Nonna is a feast for the eyes. Today we got the last available spot, and we're overjoyed to be here, even though we're only staying one night as our holiday unfortunately ends here. We hope to be back soon! A very beautiful, family-run campsite right on Lake Garda. There are pitches with or without a lake view, which you can choose in advance. The sanitary facilities are always clean and well-equipped; there are always plenty of free sinks, showers, and toilets. The entire campsite is kept very meticulously clean. There are two pedestrian tunnels right next to the campsite that take you under the road and directly to the lake. The owners are very friendly and flexible. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back.

We were here in July 2026.
Completely satisfied. We had a pleasant experience even before booking.
The staff were also very nice and friendly on site. Our request for a pitch with a lake view was also fulfilled.
Caravans are professionally moved to their pitches by tractor. It's a bit tight in there.
We were there with a 7.40m motorhome. Anything longer would be a problem.
The sanitary facilities are basic but spotlessly clean and work perfectly.
If we come back to Lake Garda, this will be our first choice.

THE best campsite me and my partner have stayed at. Plenty of Toilets, showers, Washers and dryers too. Very clean camp with amazing views. Good wifi and the hosts were very welcoming. Me and my partner arrived in lake garda during a hailstorm and with a thunder and lightning storm expected later on my partner was apprehensive. We told the host this and thought we’d look for a hotel instead. He said i’ll see you back within the hour, he wasn’t wrong. We stayed here 2 nights and my only regret was not staying longer. All the campsites neighbours were friendly with people from all over the world staying it was nice to hear their stories.

We spent a lovely and relaxed two weeks in the Casa Vecchia. The garden was a dream, looking right out over the lake. The location is perfect (the lake is less than five minutes' walk with a lovely swimming spot) and the staff helpful and easy to contact. We would definitely come again.

Perfect campsite on the eastern side of Lago di Garda. Situated on the Southend of a wonderful old and charming village with a port, a few shops but nothing touristy, this is a perfect spot for getting a rest among the busy and overcrowded cities and villages on the lake. A charming path on the other side of the main road invites for strolls or bike tours. One reaches this path through tunnels directly from the campsite.
Great terasses under olive trees. Dogs welcome. Great coffee and some small things to eat. Supermarket and pharmacy 300 m down the main road.

Super friendly hosts, nice location and the sanitary facilitys are in good shape and realy clean.
WLAN is not that good, if your a not in the lobby but this is a problem you have on a lot of campinggrounds.

Revisiting this year for the fourth time.
Small, quiet and well kept with ambiente. Family run by the Devotis, always helpfull with a smile.
Do not pick it because of fancy facilities. Its 'bring your own everything for the toilets' but they have good WIFI 👍🏾. Easy access to the lake for sunbathing and swimming.

Casa per vacanze adatta soprattutto per famiglie, ma anche a coppie grazie all’atmosfera magica delle abitazioni d’altri tempi, con i pavimenti in graniglia, le travi in legno, i mobili d’epoca, il camino, la cucina con lavabo in pietra.
Girato l’angolo il meraviglioso giardino con vista lago mozzafiato.
Inserito in un piccolissimo paesino medievale, dista due passi dal camping e dalla spiaggia.
Tutti i servizi utili si trovano in un raggio di 500m.

Appartamentino di dimensioni ideali per una coppia, ma adatto anche a piccole famiglie grazie anche all’accesso diretto al giardino.
Sia dalle stanze, sia dal giardino, si gode di una stupenda vista lago.
Il soffitto a volto, il muro sassi a vista, il pavimento in pietra danno un’atmosfera d’altri tempi, pur con i comfort necessari.
Inserito in un piccolissimo paesino medievale, dista due passi dal camping e dalla spiaggia.
Tutti i servizi utili si trovano in un raggio di 500m.

E’ il più panoramico dei nostri appartamenti, si può godere di una splendida vista da ogni stanza, persino in bagno. E’ una tipica casa anni ’70 che conserva intatta l’atmosfera di quel periodo, pur con i comfort necessari. Il balcone e l’uso del giardino ne completano l’atmosfera. Adatta per famiglie ma anche per coppie, c’è spazio abbastanza per tutti.
Direttamente sotto la casa, il meraviglioso giardino con vista lago mozzafiato.
